Sample questionnaire for your employee survey
This sample questionnaire for employee surveys was developed by the German Economic Institute (IW) in Cologne together with the RKW Competence Centre in Eschborn, Germany: Study: recommendations for employee surveys.
The comprehensive sample questionnaire covers the topics that matter most to companies and their employees, including satisfaction with the work situation, communication and collaboration, the working atmosphere, managers and supervisors, knowledge sharing and overall satisfaction.
The survey aims to uncover current problems in recruiting and retaining STEM specialists and to point towards solutions. HR managers can use the results to develop a strategy tailored to their company. The template works both as a basis for an appraisal interview and as a starting point for your own employee survey. You can copy the sample questionnaire to your LamaPoll account with one click and adapt it to your company as needed.
