How is anonymity ensured?
The survey is designed so that your responses cannot be attributed to individual people. Please do not enter your name or any details that could identify you in free-text or comment fields. Unauthorised persons have no access to the survey data, whether individual responses, raw data or reports.
Results are only shown in aggregated form for groups, and only if at least [5] people have responded. If a group is too small, its responses are included in the next higher reporting unit.

- Minimum group size: Enter the threshold actually used for reporting.
- Demographic information: Only include this note if you collect such data.
