Your future responsibilities
- Providing first- and second-level customer support by phone and email in German and English
- Answering incoming calls and reliably returning calls
- Helping with simple questions about subscriptions and using LamaPoll as well as more complex questions about survey projects and features
- Supporting customers with the creation, delivery and analysis of online surveys
- Providing personal support: finding individual solutions, explaining them clearly and making sure our customers are happy to contact us

Your responsibilities

Your profile

- Good knowledge of Linux servers, Git, pipelines, webhooks, Docker+registry, Kubernetes, Nginx/proxy, Apache, TeamCity/Jenkins, Helm/Ansible
- Basic knowledge of databases and web technologies and the configuration of services
- Basic programming experience with shell or Python scripts
- Desirable: knowledge of monitoring and alerting (Prometheus/Grafana) and testing
