How our plans work & what happens when you cancel
No! You can cancel and subscribe as you like. You could, for example, run your surveys for one or two months each year and stay on the free plan in between. The monthly plans are flexible: you can cancel and upgrade them month by month. You don't have to commit long-term or pay for periods in which you don't want to run a survey. There are no notice periods – you can cancel at any time within the current plan month (for annual plans, within the plan year).
That's entirely up to you: the monthly plan is activated immediately after booking. After one month it renews automatically for another month, unless you cancel before then.
Example: if you book a monthly plan on 16 May, the first plan month runs until 16 June. Up to that point, right up to the hour of renewal, you can cancel.
- The term is 1 month from booking (annual plan: 12 months).
- If you cancel, there is no automatic renewal.
- Cancelling is easy, one click in your own account.
Cancelling is simple and flexible: just click “Cancel plan” under “My plan” and the automatic renewal stops. No paperwork, no effort, no reasons required.
Your plan does not stop immediately; it runs until the end of the period you booked. After that your account is automatically moved to the Free plan at no cost. The Free plan does not include all features — among other things, only the first 50 responses can be analysed. If you upgrade again, everything is as before.
Our recommendation: choose the Free plan — all you need is an email address and a password. It lets you create online surveys free of charge, with certain limitations; the Free account has no time limit and does not need to be cancelled. On top of that you can try (almost) all features free for 14 days — after which the account automatically returns to the Free plan. If you like it, you can upgrade at any time.
When you select a plan, you are asked whether you want to create a new account or already have one. If you choose “I already have one”, you can convert that account to a paid plan. All your surveys and data are kept.
