What is the Basic plan suited for?
Basic is tailored to the everyday needs of small and medium-sized companies – whenever you want to gather feedback regularly and evaluate it professionally:
- Employee surveys and measuring employee satisfaction
- Smaller customer surveys and measuring customer satisfaction
- Event feedback, e.g. for event evaluation
- Course and seminar evaluations and feedback forms in education
- Recurring surveys – always using your own logo and layout
Security & data protection
Your data and that of your participants are well protected at LamaPoll – verifiably and independently audited:

Term & renewal
Your plan is activated immediately after booking. The term is one month and then renews automatically by one further month each time – unless you cancel beforehand. With the annual plan the term is twelve months.
Cancellation – anytime & hassle-free
You cancel simply with a click in your account under “My plan” → “Cancel plan”. No paper forms, no notice period, no need to give reasons.
Your plan does not end immediately but continues normally until the end of the booked period; results of running surveys keep coming in. Afterwards your account is automatically switched to the free Free plan, where not all features remain available (among other things, only the first 50 responses per survey can be analysed).
