Who is the Gold plan for?
The professional plan for small and medium-sized businesses that collaborate on surveys and want to get more from their data. Ideal for regular employee and customer surveys that involve several people in creating, distributing and analysing them – even across multiple surveys.
What is the Gold plan best suited to?
Gold is designed for teams and recurring surveys – whenever several people collaborate and you want to compare results across surveys:
- Collaborative employee surveys and measuring employee satisfaction
- Customer surveys and measuring customer satisfaction – with comparisons across multiple survey waves
- Personalised surveys with piping and attributes from the invitation link
- Cross-departmental and cross-site analysis with result comparisons
- Recurring surveys – consistently using your own logo and layout
Working as a team: user management
With Gold, you no longer work alone. The plan includes user management, allowing several people to create, run and analyse surveys together.
- 1 administrator + 3 additional users are already included in the Gold plan.
- Additional users can be added at any time for €29 per user, per month.
- One shared account: all users work in the same workspace and access the same surveys and results.
Would you like each user to have their own workspace and granular control over access using teams, sharing and individual permissions? The Platinum plan offers this.
Security & data protection
Your data and that of your participants are well protected at LamaPoll – verifiably and independently audited:

- SSL encryption of all data, plus encrypted databases and backups
- Daily, encrypted backups and redundant storage (RAID-1)

Term & renewal
Your plan is activated immediately after booking. The term is one month and then renews automatically by one further month each time – unless you cancel beforehand. With the annual plan the term is twelve months.
Cancellation – anytime & hassle-free
You cancel simply with a click in your account under “My plan” → “Cancel plan”. No paper forms, no notice period, no need to give reasons.
Your plan does not end immediately but continues normally until the end of the booked period; results of running surveys keep coming in. Afterwards your account is automatically switched to the free Free plan, where not all features remain available (among other things, only the first 50 responses per survey can be analysed).
