What is the Platinum plan suitable for?
Platinum is designed for professionals who conduct surveys under their own brand and on behalf of clients:

- Complex studies with random selection and rule-based actions
- Surveys that allow participants to upload files
White label & your own domain – surveys under your brand
Present yourself entirely under your own brand – ideal for agencies, service providers and surveys conducted on behalf of clients.
- White label: no LamaPoll references in the questionnaire or invitation emails – your participants see only your brand.
- Neutral domain: your surveys run under an address such as yourcompany.sslsurvey.de.
- Your own mail server (SMTP): send invitations via your own sender infrastructure.
- File upload by participants (up to 1 GB).
Advanced permissions: individual workspaces & teams
In the Gold plan, all users work together in a single account. With Platinum, each user has their own workspace. You can manage collaboration flexibly and precisely:
- An individual workspace for each user: everyone works separately in their own area.
- Collaboration through teams, or targeted sharing of individual surveys through a tag system.
- Granular permissions: specify precisely which surveys each user and team can view, edit or analyse.
- 1 administrator + 3 users included – additional users cost €49 per user per month.
Security & data protection
Your data and that of your participants are well protected at LamaPoll – verifiably and independently audited:
- Hosting in Germany in TÜV-certified data centres (DIN ISO 27001)
- ISO 27001, 27017 & 27018 certified company
- SSL encryption of all data, plus encrypted databases and backups
- Daily, encrypted backups and redundant storage (RAID-1)
- Two-factor authentication for secure accounts
- GDPR-compliant – including a data processing agreement (DPA) and, on request, fully anonymous surveys

Term & renewal
Your plan is activated immediately after booking. The term is one month and then renews automatically by one further month each time – unless you cancel beforehand. With the annual plan the term is twelve months.
Cancellation – anytime & hassle-free
You cancel simply with a click in your account under “My plan” → “Cancel plan”. No paper forms, no notice period, no need to give reasons.
Your plan does not end immediately but continues normally until the end of the booked period; results of running surveys keep coming in. Afterwards your account is automatically switched to the free Free plan, where not all features remain available (among other things, only the first 50 responses per survey can be analysed).
