What is the Enterprise plan suited for?
Enterprise is designed for organisation-wide use:
- Company-wide and corporate group-wide employee surveys
- Survey programmes across multiple teams & departments – centrally managed and used independently
- Surveys with high security & compliance requirements
- Central sign-on for all employees via single sign-on
- Very large numbers of participants – up to 100,000 per survey
White label & your own domain – surveys under your brand
Present yourself entirely under your own brand – ideal for agencies, service providers and surveys conducted on behalf of clients.
- White label: no LamaPoll references in the questionnaire or invitation emails – your participants see only your brand.
- Neutral domain: your surveys run under an address such as yourcompany.sslsurvey.de.
- Your own mail server (SMTP): send invitations via your own sender infrastructure.
- File upload by participants (up to 1 GB).
Large team: dedicated workspaces, teams & granular permissions
Enterprise is built for organisation-wide use – each user works in their own workspace, while you retain fine-grained control over collaboration.
- 1 administrator + 20 users included – additional users for 99 € per user per month.
- A dedicated workspace for each user – work independently without access to each other’s data.
- Collaboration through teams or by sharing individual surveys using tags.
- Granular permissions for each user and team (view, edit, analyse).
Single sign-on & security module
Enterprise is designed for organisation-wide use – with central sign-on and an additional security module for particularly sensitive surveys.
- Corporate SSO: central sign-on via Azure AD or ADFS – for all users of your account.
- High-security module: IP whitelisting as well as password, session & access policies.
Security & data protection
Your data and that of your participants are well protected at LamaPoll – verifiably and independently audited:
- Hosting in Germany in TÜV-certified data centres (DIN ISO 27001)
- ISO 27001, 27017 & 27018 certified company
- SSL encryption of all data, plus encrypted databases and backups
- Daily, encrypted backups and redundant storage (RAID-1)
- Two-factor authentication for secure accounts
- GDPR-compliant – including a data processing agreement (DPA) and, on request, fully anonymous surveys

Term & renewal
Your plan is activated immediately after booking. The term is one month and then renews automatically by one further month each time – unless you cancel beforehand. With the annual plan the term is twelve months.
Cancellation – anytime & hassle-free
You cancel simply with a click in your account under “My plan” → “Cancel plan”. No paper forms, no notice period, no need to give reasons.
Your plan does not end immediately but continues normally until the end of the booked period; results of running surveys keep coming in. Afterwards your account is automatically switched to the free Free plan, where not all features remain available (among other things, only the first 50 responses per survey can be analysed).
