How do you review the measures?
When planning measures as part of your customer survey, you not only planned the measures themselves, but also defined performance indicators, responsible persons and quality assurance measures for each one. The measures implemented must now be reviewed against these indicators. Ideally, when reviewing the measures following a customer survey, you will find that the original issue has been resolved or the prioritised objective has been achieved (increased revenue, improved customer satisfaction, etc.). If you conduct another customer survey after implementing all the measures, you should also be able to see the progress in the results.
Tip: We recommend conducting further customer surveys while implementing the measures. These allow you not only to inform customers indirectly about the measures taken (“What do you think of our new product packaging?”), but also to measure and improve their impact and perception.
