Customer survey reporting
Once you have collected all the results and completed the customer survey, reporting becomes relevant. Consider the following questions:
- Who will receive the results? (Board members, participants, customers, department X?)
- Who will receive which results, and in what format? (A brief summary for participants, key figures for the board, ...)
- In which format do you need the results? (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ...)
LamaPoll offers two results export options: raw data and overall results
With a raw data export, you can see which answers each individual participant submitted. There are various options available for raw data exports. You can choose from different file formats (such as CSV and SPSS), restrict the date range, apply an active filter and export with or without coding.
With an overall results export, you receive frequencies, tables and charts for each question. The overall results export offers the following options: you can choose from different file formats (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint or an HTML file for websites/browsers), set the date range, export with or without charts, export with or without status data, and export with or without coding.
You can find more detailed information and illustrated instructions for both results export options in our helpdesk.
The following applies to results that you present to your customers (survey participants):
If customers receive the survey results or summaries, the relevant documents (online or offline) should reflect your corporate design. Do not conceal unfavourable results, as this will only undermine your credibility. However, openly addressing weaknesses will often earn you goodwill. Naturally, your customer reports should also include any planned improvement measures. This lets your customers know:
- that their opinions are valued,
- that their opinions can make a difference,
- and that they will therefore be happy to take part in future customer surveys.
