Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey template
A template saves time. That is why we provide a Net Promoter Score template that you can add to your account free of charge by selecting “Use”.
Our NPS template combines the core question “How likely is it that you would recommend us?” with an open question, a comment field. So it not only generates the metric but also leaves room for answers about the “why”. This addition can be removed with a single click if needed.
By the way: you can easily adapt the NPS survey template to your corporate design using numerous design features, your company logo, your company colours, your own corporate font! Our tool also allows embedding via iframe on your own website, so you receive feedback from your website visitors, who answer the NPS template directly, without clicking a link.
Goals of the Net Promoter Score survey template
The Net Promoter Score divides customers into 3 categories: promoters (advocates), passively satisfied customers and detractors (critics). This gives rise to various goals associated with using the Net Promoter Score template. For some companies, identifying the promoters is the most important goal when using the NPS, in order to reward these satisfied customers for their loyalty with incentives, for example, and keep them tied to the company.
Conversely, however, as part of churn management, it can also be worthwhile to take a closer look at the passively satisfied customers and the critics in particular and, based on this, to introduce measures that counteract and prevent these two customer groups from churning.
Goals of the NPS template:
- Identifying the company's promoters
- Increasing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- Preventing customer churn as part of churn management
