Using and adapting the template
The template can be copied into a LamaPoll account and adapted to the specific meeting. Topic labels, scheduling questions and response options should be adjusted before distribution. The invitation should briefly explain which meeting the survey refers to and how the feedback will be used.
Anonymity and optional contact details
Whether a survey is anonymous depends on the selected survey settings and the way it is organised. In the existing template, an email address for optional follow-up information or a prize draw is collected separately from the other responses. This separation should be checked before use and explained clearly in the invitation.
Template note: Details such as the day of the week, topics and meeting frequency are examples and should be adapted before use. Before the survey is launched, its privacy notice and legal notice must also be adapted to the responsible school and the specific purpose.
