Using and adapting the template
The template can be copied into a LamaPoll account and adapted to the specific setting. Nursery names, contact details, opening hours, age groups, wording about school preparation, scales and response options should all be reviewed before distribution.
Remove outdated COVID-19 references
The existing template still contains wording and questions from the COVID-19 pandemic. These should be removed or fully updated before the survey is used today, particularly the introduction and references to pandemic-related closures.
Privacy and legal information
Before launch, the survey’s privacy notice and legal notice must be adapted to the responsible nursery or provider and the specific purpose. The selected anonymity settings and any processing of personal data should also be checked and explained clearly to participants.
