What does LamaPoll’s Email Editor enable you to do?
With LamaPoll’s Email Editor, you can contact participants in a targeted and personalised way. Invitations, reminders and other emails can be sent directly from the survey tool:
- Address participants personally using placeholders, for example with an individual salutation.
- Invite participants to closed surveys, with each participant automatically receiving their individual access key.
- Send targeted emails based on attributes, for example by role, department or language. This allows you to invite English-speaking participants directly to the English version of the survey using an English email.

- For non-anonymous surveys, you can filter by participation status and, for example, send targeted reminders to people who have not yet started or completed the survey. These participation filters are not available for anonymous surveys.
- The sender name and reply-to address can be customised. Depending on the sending configuration, you can also use your own sender address. DKIM can be used to verify the authenticity of the sender domain and improve deliverability.
